Guarantee All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
The length of this warranty is listed against each product and is valid from the date of purchase. The warranty covers all electronic and mechanical defects for this period excluding wear and tear. It excludes damage to materials and fabrics, except for any damage that is found immediately on delivery.
In the event of a problem with the product during the warranty period, our service team can be contacted by emailing us using the link on the store page. You will need to provide the following information:
Date of Purchase
Model number of Product
Description of problem
We will then advise our intended course of action. In the event that a repair to the product is to be undertaken, we will endeavour to repair the product at your premises. However, in exceptional circumstances (for instance, where there are repeated or multiple faults) we reserve the right to collect the product for delivery to our service warehouse where full diagnostics will be run.
The warranty covers the cost of all electronic and mechanical parts. It also covers associated labour cost of fitting these parts unless is deemed reasonable for the customer to fit the parts themselves.
An extended warranty is available on some products, for which the above terms apply.
